Coeur d' Alene Tribe - Citylink provides free public transportation for Southern Kootenai and Western Benewah county, including the Coeur d’Alene Tribal Reservation.

Senior Hospitality Center - Serving the Bonners Ferry and Boundary County area.

Valley Vista Care Services - Offers transit services in two rural communities in Idaho. Lost River Transit is based in Mackay and Benewah Area Transit is based in St. Maries.

Valley Transit - Serving the City of Moscow.

Treasure Valley Transit - Serving private contracts in the Trasure Valley for WITCO and private school contracts. Also also provides Medicaid transportation for medical appointments. Treasure Valley Transit also operates McCall Transit in McCall, Idaho and Mountain Home Community Transit in Mountain Home and the Air Force Base.

Peak Bus - Serving Blaine County.

College of Southern Idaho - Serving the Magic Valley.

KART - Provides free, year-round transportation busing system with fixed route service in and around the cities of Sun Valley and Ketchum.

Pocatello Regional Transit - Serving Pocatello, Chubbuck, American Falls, Bannock County (Lava Hot Springs, McCammon and Rockland area), Power County (American Falls and Rockland area), Bingham County (Shelley, Firth and Blackfoot areas), and Franklin County (Preston area).
